Stranded
Still
Ten tracks in 20 minutes. No filler. Primitive blasts of downstroke mania short, tight, raw. From the mean "Helpline," a Rolling Stones-style banger, to post-punk punches like "Sobotka," the songs lock in and explode without warning. In true Clash-style fashion, Sev, Maarten, and Rapha all share vocal duties, adding a new dynamic to the band's sound compared to the first two EPs. Lyrically, STRANDED continues to explore the contradictions of modern life and the friction of city existence on "Still". Recorded throughout 2025 by drummer Frank at the Magic Basement Pizzatone in Downtown Cologne using a wild mix of '60s/'70s gear and cheap instruments, "Still" sounds raw and unpolished. Mixed by the trusted Role at Tonmeisterei, it keeps the grit intact while pushing everything over the edge.
