This sextet from Montreal, Canada lead by their charismatic and warrior-like frontwoman, deliver a catchy and aggressive, epic album within the Viking /folk metal genre.  The keyboards bring on a symphonic and medieval sound to the music, while the broad vocal range from their frontwoman 'Crook' switches between a clean symphonic style to that of guttural growls.  The rest of the band packs a solid punch with epic riffs and folk melodies.
