Memorial from Denmark plays thrash, with a mix of progressive, rock, death and metal. Memorial is a band that belongs on stage.The band started back in 1998 and after a ton of line-up changes. After recording 'Collision Scenario' promo in 2007, produced by Tommy Hansen, Memorial went on their first tour of Europe, supporting Vital Remains (US).Memorial have become known for their energetic liveshow in Denmark as well as Germany, where the band have played countless shows. Memorial completed their second tour of Europe in 2008, this time supporting the legendary Florida death metal-act, Nocturnus. The tours and the big live-experience have made Memorial tuff and have made them more aware of their sound and where they want their music to go. 'In The Absence of All Things Sacred' is a testament to that fact.
