Joe Forlini is a guitar virtuoso. Recognized as such by peers such as Stevie Ray Vaughn for many years, Joe has finally struck out on his own with this incredible freshman effort. It takes a lot of guts to take on "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", but Forlini puts new life into this masterpiece. While the covers on this fine work seem to have captured Joes own soul, the originals such as "If I Stayed With You" are the stuff of legends! The title track features the man who wrote it---the legendary Augie Meyers whom Joe tours with around the world. This is a great slab of Texas Music by a fine player.
