Datura4
I'm A Man
Datura4 is an Australian psychedelic rock band formed in Fremantle, Western Australia, in 2014. The group is best known for its raw, riff-heavy sound that draws heavily from late 1960s and 1970s hard rock, blues rock, and garage psychedelia. It was founded by Dom Mariani, a veteran of the Australian scene known for his work with bands like The Stems and DM3. Musically, Datura4 blends heavy guitar riffs with hypnotic grooves and blues-inflected vocals. Despite their retro aesthetic, their music carries a contemporary edge, appealing to both classic rock enthusiasts and newer audiences exploring neo-psychedelia. Rogue Records is very proud to release these two covers of Sixties classics. "I'm a Man" was originally recorded by The Spencer Davis Group, while "The Train Kept A-Rollin'" was popularized in the 1960s by The Yardbirds.
