ARTEFACT was formed in 2000. This french band always wanted to play a "singular" black metal of their own. The band is one of the best french melodic black metal bands ever heard. RUINS is the accomplishment of all those years of hard work. Mastered at Tommy Hansen. Sounds like Emperor, Arcturus... Rated 8/10 on HARDROCK MAG (fr), 9/10 on Metalstorm webzine (UK).
