Advocating Sci-Fi Metal, 3rd From The Sun was founded at the fall of 2015. TheFrench power trio -Fabien Hector on drums, Nicolas Herbaut on guitar and Loïc Nuez on bass and vocals -is influenced by Science fiction and Fantastic movies (like John Carpenter's) as well as numerous bands like Voivod, Coroner or Prong. The three men use those influences to make a fast, aggressive metal with some oppressing or hypnotic parts.
