It's a real pleasure to have this single on our catalogue, Pat was kind enough to offer us two unreleased tracks from his last album sessions, the rocker "Down On 7th Avenue", backed with wonderful "I Will Give Up", pure New Orleans R&B track.... Two tracks are original compositions.
