Teletextile is a new band from New York led by mastermind Pamela Martinez playing a very personal music that mixes pop and song-writing with a vibrant approach that many people have already compared to PJ Harvey, Bats For Lashes or even Bjork. Their first album "Glass" is a very beautiful piece of work where delicate arrangements meet Pamela's sweet though strong voice through 11 songs going from Pop majestics on "I Don't Know How To Act Here" to more a personal and vibrant approach on a song such as "Heartquake".
