2019 saw The Sha La Las release their third LP Soul Of The Nation and their fifth single You Got Me (Wantin) on Detour Records. But always a band in hurry, always on the move and always searching for new directions they just had to get one more record released before the year was out! And what a record it is.. Theres a defiant joy about the opening Wah Wah guitar, Wurlitzer piano and handclaps intro to (Get On Up) Bringin Back The Love that never lets up. The extended mix clocks in at nearly eight whole full fat minutes of Soulful Hammond, Guitar and Conga groove bliss. Both (Get On Up) Bringin Back The Love and How Could It Be will also be available for download/streaming but the extended mix of (Get On Up) Bringin Back The Love is only available on 12" vinyl, limited to 150 copies on BLACK VINYL.
