The band takes care to navigate around the Trance- and Techno-clichs that have come to dominate the scene and rather lets its steaming electro-sound take root in the virtues of the old school Electronic Body Music: fast paced sequencers and thudding synthetic beats. But, instead of stagnating in a carbon copy version of the old school sound, Proceed keep an open mind for modern elements and are, thus, careful to not let retrograde minimalism rule - they rather spice up the rhythmic inferno with spacious pads and employ the grand palette of electronic sound generators that todays producers have at their fingertips.
