Jesper Kviberg Social Club of Music is an Octet with with some of the best Swedish jazzmusicians as well as good friends to Jesper.This new double-CD is a manifestation of the band's great variation of personalities,songs and bursting creativity! 22 tracks! 17 brand new originals composed and arranged by the "cats" in the band and five songs written by A.C.Jobim, Nick Drake, Burt Lane, Scott Davis and Swedish National treasure Evert Taube. You can also hear Jespers drumming on records with U.S. jazzsinger Stacy Kent, Barbara Morrisson and Swedish legendary tenorsaxofonplayer Bert Rosengren among others.
