Gojumo
Let Us In
First pressing limited to 100 copies. GoJuMo is built around two-fifths of cult New York underground institution Alice Donut: guitarist-turned-bassist Michael Jung and founding drummer Stephen Moses. The pair have played together for more than thirty years, from Alice Donut's Jello Biafra-championed Alternative Tentacles catalog through Um and Mustafina. They are joined by guitarist and vocalist Ev Gold of Cinema Cinema, whose 450-plus shows across eleven countries include extensive touring with Black Flag founder Greg Ginn. The three first crossed paths during Martin Bisi's BC35 sessions in 2016 and formed GoJuMo in late 2024. Recorded by Martin Bisi at BC Studio, Let Us In was captured mostly live off the floor with almost no overdubs; no song needed more than three takes. Mixed by Jung and mastered by Scott Anthony. For fans of Alice Donut, The Jesus Lizard, Killdozer and Black Flag.
