Flatwaves is a Philadelphia-based band that melds the lush, immersive textures of '90s shoegaze with the raw energy of rock 'n' roll and the psychedelic swirl of fuzzed-out garage rock. Since 2018, they've been defying genres with swirling guitar layers, driving rhythms, and cavernous vocals, sonically checking influences like The Black Angels, Nothing, Cloakroom, and Dum Dum Girls.
