The album comprises 14 songs for voice and piano, with music by Harald Svensson to texts by, among others, Emily Dickinson, Ebba Lindqvist, and Rainer Maria Rilke. It also includes songs by Klara Ahlersten, Vctor Jara, Claudio Monteverdi, and Soledad Bravo, as well as an anonymous ballad from the 15th century."
