Buster Brown

Something To Say

A vinyl reissue of the one and only album ('74) by Melbourne's Buster Brown. Formed in 1973, their street smart, straight ahead boogie rock was embraced by Melbourne's notorious sharpies crowd. For the uninitiated, the sharpies formed an Australian subculture that fitted somewhere between the UK's skinhead and suedehead subcultures. Following their days in Buster Brown, vocalist Gary "Angry" Anderson and bassist Geordie Leach moved to Sydney and formed renowned hard rock giants Rose Tattoo. Drummer Phil Rudd would join AC/DC. However, those successful career moves aren't the only reason why this is a relevant reissue for anyone into Australian rock history, and good rock music in general!
