Inspired by haiku - a very short Japanese poem that enable us through a few words to see the invisible, to palpate the absent, to taste, to feel, and to vibrate -, Ccile Andre creates with this organic vocal jazz project pieces that evoke nature: the environment surrounding us, but also and especially the nature of soul.This soul which, just as plants seek to reach in a shaded environment the upper floor bathed in light, wants to grow, to rise to the clarity of its own canopy.Copying the harmony of nature ...The voice uses sounds, words or onomatopoeia, written or improvised melodies. It is multiplied or doubled by the instruments, it seeks the symbiosis of the instruments, the unity of the moment through the beauty of the harmonies.
