OIIO started out in 2010 as an indie-folk band from Nijmegen (NL) with musical references to Fleet Foxes, Mumford & Sons, Bowerbirds and bands alike. Their 2013 release "Soon" takes their indie-folk style to a whole new level. Banjo's and acoustic guitars made way for a bigger and brighter sound formed by synths and other electric gear. Formed in 1963, Olympic were the first Czech beat group to appear on vinyl in 1964, and the first to have an LP album in 1968. They were one of the first bands to write and perform exclusively their own songs, with lyrics mainly in Czech language. Think of the technical-finess of Botch teaming up with the dark atmosphere of Jr. Ewing and the heavyness of Isis. somewhere near that "Aphelion" will make its musical impression. 40 minutes of heavy, groove-infected atmospheric songs. Some of them are a two and a half minute fist to the face attack, some take their time to develop into thirteen minutes of sad melodies and bulldozer guitars.

This limited edition reissue will be the third and final pressing of the long-lost B-side from Miami's pop punk trailblazers THE OUTRIGHTS. Recorded in 1998, this track was the B-side to the long out of print "Can't Have You" 7". The original pressing sold through 1500 copies with no formal distribution - it was only available at live shows where The Outrights shared bills with bands like The Teen Idols, The Queers, the Crumbs, Guttermouth, American Steel, and others from the heyday of 90s pop punk.Third Press: 150 7"s (one sided)
