CODACHROM is a new electronic-rhythmic project, born out of the exchange of sound files between these two musicians, created with analogue drum machines, assorted synthesizers, modified video game consoles, vocoder and Eugene's processed violin. Computers have only been used in the editing of the final sound but not in the composition process, which gives this record a freshness and a completely retro feel reminiscent of the electronic pop of pioneering artists, 70s space electronic disco music and 80s tecno-pop. PLASTINKA is the perfect music for a space-themed party. It's inspired by moon craters, especially the great crater Tsiolkovskiy, located in the far side of the Moon, to the west of crater Gagarin. That's where, from time to time, these two talents of current European music gather up and turn on their machines, offering spontaneous live shows to strange beings that rise up from the nearby craters. With a bit of luck, the flickering lights of their synthesizers can be seen through a telescope from our planet.

The band Coven we are talking about is not the thrash/death metal bunch from Seattle (who released the notorious Blessed Is The Black album in 1988). And it's not the obscure 1960s American band who might have issued the first ever Satanic rock album in history either (1969's Witchcraft Destroys Minds And Reaps Souls - today a precious collector's item). Worship New Gods is a doom metal monster originally released in 1987 and now re-released for the first time on High Roller Records (remastered by Patrick W. Engel at his Temple of Disharmony). Coven were initially formed in the motor city of Detroit in 1985.

In Germany it's hard to find artists working as hard as the Crushing Caspars for their career. The Rostock based-fourpiece played more than 1000 shows in 20 years. They appeared on famous festivals like With Full Force or Rock am Ring and have toured all over Europe with artists like Agnostic Front or as support for the mighty Suicidal Tendencies on the EMP Persitence Tour 2012. Besides that the Crushing Caspars released eight high-quality Albums and EPs. Their very first full-length record "Full Flavour" was released by the band in 2001 on Compact Disk. Within the time Caspars sold more than 10.000 copies of this legendary record without the help of a label. As this one is sold out Bastardized Recordings are proud to announce a re-release of "Full Flavour" as Vinyl-LP! The band describes its sound as Baltic Sea Hardcore, a sweeping mixture of Hardcore, Punkrock, Rock'n'Roll and a bit Metal in the vein of their personal heroes like MotS.O.I.A., Blood For Blood or Gorilla Biscuits - just to name a few. Influences you can explore in songs like "Caspars Attack" that are still highlights on every Caspars-Show and represents what the band stands for: energy, a good mood and a lot of fun on stage!
