Kinsella (the sole songwriting force behind Birthmark) earnestly examines his perceived fears and shortcomings on a truly amazing record.Antibodies unfolds to the ebb and flow of a gentle, unhurried cadence to form a record comfortable in its own skin. Kinsellas reverberating vocals often result with songs that are undeniably captivating in their sublime simplicity. Produced by Jason Cupp, Antibodies features organic instruments throughout, from vibraphones to violins, cellos to clarinets, even the stunning backwards string section on "Shake Hands" was painstakingly composed and performed in reverse by a live string quartet.
