The Holy Curse is a French band whose raw and impassioned music breathes air into the wheezy lungs of rock and roll. For 15 years The Holy Curse carry a torch for the sort of hi-energy music that demanded an audience join in or get the fuck out. They take their lead from classic Detroit rock and roll from the late 60s and early 70s, down a continuum that took in Sydney, Australia, in decade that followed. Think Sonics Rendezvous Band, the Stooges, the MC5, Radio Birdman and the New Christs for starters. Limited edition and with bonus CD version of the LP.
